Truestone, LLC is expanding its Maritime Installation Team and seeking Shipboard & Inside Plant Installation Technicians (Level III) to support Navy and shore-based defense installations in Suffolk, VA. The role involves hands-on installation, testing, and integration across multiple programs with strict safety and reporting requirements.
Candidates must have C4I/electronics experience, NAVSEA drawing interpretation skills, and the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
Truestone, LLC is adding to the team and plan on hiring additional Shipboard & Inside Plant Installation Technicians (Level III) to join our Maritime Installation Team (MIT). Technicians in this pool will support critical multi-program requirements across naval and shore-based defense installations.
Initial assignments include supporting high-tempo Maritime Integration Team (MIT) tasking, inside plant cable installation and preparation for upcoming program rollouts, and technical integration/testing across fleet platforms (such as CTII and CIVMAR). Candidates will cross-train and flex between programs - such as CTII, TARCES, CIVMAR, SCORP, SEAWATCH, ILMS, and STRS3 - based on operational tempo and shipyard availability.

This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Applicants selected may be hired but cannot begin work until funding has been confirmed.
