Job summary

You will oversee scheduling and budgets, allocate resources across contracts, provide technical guidance, ensure policy compliance, and train workers.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent degree plus appropriate Trade / Armed Forces school.
• 8+ years' related experience.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge in the relevant trade.
• Plan, schedule, supervise, and direct the work of others.
• Ability to use discretion and judgment in operations and personnel decisions.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Powertrack.
• PAI trained (where applicable)
• Blueprint reading skills
• Ability to read NAVSEA standard items
• Ability to obtain DBIDS

Responsibilities

• Identify and ensure actions to support timely completion of tasks and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support Safety, Quality and Productivity goals for trades.
• Develop and review project schedules and budgets during planning.
• Allocate personnel and resources to support all contracts (including shift work).
• Oversee schedule performance and productivity; monitor projects and budgets.
• Provide technical assistance and manage the workforce.
