Job summary

Gateway Terminal, part of Enstructure’s national network, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our New Haven team. This full-time position in the Day Shift supports our port operations by handling customer inquiries, coordinating with Warehouse, and preparing documentation for packing and dispatch.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong Excel and Word skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Must demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work with a team and maintain a professional attitude.
• Intermediate skill level in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with Warehouse and maintain clear communication for efficient practices.
• Be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax.
• Prepare documentation for packing and dispatch of orders.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping of databases and files.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with Office Manager and Warehouse Coordinator, considering international time zones.
