The ideal candidate will have previous scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Qualifications

• Previous experience in crew scheduling, preferably in the maritime industry.
• Team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work on-call rotation, including after business hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage day‑to‑day crewing personnel functions in compliance with company policy.
• Update and maintain crew database daily.
• Manage crew changes for assigned vessels in the most efficient and cost‑effective manner.
• Attend weekly crew‑change meetings at our St. Rose office.
