The Foth Companies is seeking a dynamic Client Manager to join our Ports and Harbors team. You will manage client relationships, spearhead new business opportunities, and enhance services for complex environmental programs along coastal and waterfront facilities.

You’ll leverage your existing connections, stay ahead of regulations, lead proposals, and maintain long-term client partnerships. Travel up to 25% is expected, with flexible, collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or similar technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering consulting services in either the public or private sector.
• Experience in marine, waterfront, coastal, dredging and/or resiliency projects.
• 15+ years in engineering consulting in public/private sector.
• Proven business development in port & harbor infrastructure and dredging.
• Track record developing, retaining and maintaining clients.
• Proven technical leadership or project management on complex, multi-disciplined projects including design calculations, site plans, construction drawings and specifications, and other technical work products.
• Experience developing design/build project opportunities.

• Develop strategic selling addressing risks and stakeholder issues.
• Ensure project success with project managers and clients.
• Stay informed on waterfront regulations for compliance.
• Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and project management for turnkey or design-build value propositions.
• Mentor and coach team members.
