Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and site civil design techniques.
• Experience supporting planning, design and delivery of transportation, civil infrastructure, or maritime projects.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders throughout project development.
• Knowledge of waterfront, port, terminal, shipyard or marine infrastructure practices.
• Experience reviewing designs, schedules and technical deliverables.
• Strong design management and cross-discipline coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client interfacing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design and execution of complex maritime infrastructure projects focusing on upland facilities.
• Review engineering designs, monitor construction activities, and coordinate project schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, architects, scientists, contractors and port stakeholders from planning through construction.
• Contribute to increasingly complex engineering design efforts and project delivery.
