Job summary

ODME Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to support development, sustainment, and enhancement of mission-critical C2 applications within the GCCS-M environment.

You will work on front-end and back-end development, container integration, and cloud-native modernization in an Agile team. The role focuses on delivering new tactical capabilities, addressing critical defects, and improving user experiences for maritime operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in CS/SE.
• Active CompTIA Security+ CE or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with DoD GCCS-M or similar C4ISR systems is a strong plus.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving in a distributed Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack apps for maritime users.
• Feature Delivery: implement new capabilities per customer requirements.
• Software Modernization: modernize legacy architectures via containerization and microservices.
• Agile Collaboration: participate in sprint planning, grooming, standups, demos, retrospectives.
• Integration & API Development: develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate services.
• Code Quality & Review: write clean, secure code and participate in peer reviews.
• Testing & Triage: perform unit tests and support system integration testing.
• Documentation: document designs, APIs, and deployment procedures.
