ODME Solutions is seeking a skilled GCCS-M PST technician to provide hands-on support to U.S. Navy ships afloat and ashore in the Global Command and Control Systems – Maritime program.
You will resolve CASREPs, perform rapid-response travel, and lead installations of GCCS-M baselines deployed to the Fleet. Responsibilities include creating and tracking help desk tickets, delivering remote troubleshooting, traveling to ships CONUS/OCONUS, and administrating diverse C4I environments
This role supportsthe collaborative, multi-disciplinary Global Command and Control Systems – Maritime (GCCS-M) Product Support Team (PST) by providing critical hands-on technical support to USS Naval Ships both afloat and ashore.In this role, you will be expected toresolvecomplexhelpdesk tickets, conduct rapid-response travel to ships located CONUS & OCONUS to troubleshoot CASREPs, and lead installations of all GCCS-M baselines currently deployed to the Fleet.
