Saronic Technologies is a leader in advancing maritime autonomy, seeking a Mission Operations Specialist to coordinate project work, budgeting, progress tracking, and on-time delivery. You will work with DoD customers and internal teams to ensure mission objectives are met with high quality in a dynamic environment.

You will monitor vessel operations, analyze mission data, and provide guidance to the team. This role requires travel, strong communication, and leadership to drive successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, engineering, maritime studies, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in maritime operations, particularly with autonomous or unmanned systems, is a plus.
• Proficiency with mission planning software, GIS tools, and maritime navigation systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver work quality, budgets, progress, and deadlines for the Mission Operations team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments to meet project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a collaborative team environment with knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including technical coaching.
