Qualifications

• 3+ years of robotics or systems engineering experience with hardware/equipment
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 for sensor integration and orchestration
• Proficiency in C++ or Python for real-time robotics
• Knowledge of autonomy concepts: state estimation, localization, path planning, feedback control
• Knowledge of perception techniques: sensor fusion, object detection, mapping (SLAM, LiDAR, sonar)
• Experience with embedded Linux systems, version control, CI/CD, packaging, containerization, and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication of complex topics
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or Robotics Engineering

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, and integration of maritime robotic systems.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to validate software/hardware modules across perception, navigation and control stacks.
• Translate operational requirements into deployable robotic solutions and participate in full development lifecycle.
