Responsibilities

• Process payments including ACH transfers, wire payments, and in-house check printing.
• Process and enter vendor invoices.
• Monitor and respond to support emails and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Treasury to execute payment files and resolve issues.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and month-end closing activities.
