Qualifications

• 10 years full-time hands-on welding and brazing experience aboard naval vessels.
• Required certifications in 6G P-73, 4F/5F P-14 carbon steel (SMAW), and others.
• Experience with vertical and horizontal Grade III, IV, V brazing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instructional programs in welding and brazing.
• Train students and shipboard personnel on safety and maintenance.
• Administer and grade examinations, and maintain welding records.
