You will act as a primary contact for designated accounts, perform rating and policy issuance for renewals, and collaborate with claims, operations, and underwriters to deliver timely, accurate outcomes while pursuing professional growth within Underwriting.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and networked environments.
• Ability to lead and mentor.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrates initiative and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather underwriting information and complete renewal quotes and binder documents.
• Accept new/renewal risks within authorized limits with guidance as applicable.
• Complete rating, experience mods and policy issuance for automatic renewals.
• Prepare quote renewals and perform underwriting reviews as needed.
• Draft rating/pricing recommendations for pre-analysis support.
• Collaborate with claims and underwriters on account changes and endorsements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on IDT and Duck Creek.
• Support underwriters in day-to-day processes and training colleagues.
