Godfrey Marine, a division of Polaris, Inc., is expanding its Elkhart team and seeking MIG & TIG Welders at various competency levels to craft pontoon and deck boats. Training is provided for motivated individuals with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

As an MIG or TIG Welding Associate, you will play a hands-on role in crafting our world-class pontoon and deck boats from the ground up. Prior marine or manufacturing experience is a plus, but training is available.

Formación

• Knowledge of TIG welding; at least 1 year experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Familiar with fabrication parts and air checking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform MIG and TIG welding across pontoon and deck boats.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely.
• Follow blueprints and quality standards to ensure leak-free assemblies.
• Inspect welds and perform leak testing as required.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily targets.
