Qualifications

• Aluminum MIG and/or TIG welding experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification or training preferred.
• Experience as a welder in a manufacturing environment, preferably boat manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Welding operations: MIG, TIG, and stick welding to fabricate pontoons and components.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications for precise welds.
• Ensure structural integrity and cosmetic quality of welded components.
• Material preparation: select, prepare, and fit materials; use grinders and saws.
• Quality assurance: visual inspections to meet standards.
• Safety compliance: follow PPE guidelines and report safety concerns.
