Job description

We are seeking a Marine Test Senior Engineer II to apply moderate engineering knowledge in a technical environment.

  • Responsibilities include: conducting research, analyzing data, and producing reports on customer, market, and economic trends impacting the marine industry. Collaborating with product planning to identify market opportunities and gather customer feedback. Installing, testing, analyzing, and reporting on various marine systems such as navigation, camera, stabilization, propulsion, steering, and ADAS systems. Leading rigging component development by managing schedules, testing activities, and coordinating with suppliers and team members. Managing testing of large outboard engines, including test planning, data collection, analysis, and presentation of results.
  • Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering; minimum of 5 years engineering experience, preferably in marine industry. Ability to work independently on moderate projects, provide professional guidance, and interpret policies. Strong communication, analytical, and application skills are essential.
  • Working conditions: involves travel up to 10%, physical tasks such as lifting and bending, exposure to typical lab hazards, and occasional overtime. Maintains professional conduct following safety procedures.
