Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a marine technician or similar role is preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license is required.
• Marine Technician certifications are a plus; manufacturer certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on boats in a timely, competent, and professional manner.
• Coordinate with parts & service to prioritize and address customer concerns.
• Document all service work, parts used, labor hours, and details; provide customers with documentation.
• Handle boats with care before, during, and after service.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safety protocols.
