Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical administrative, coordinator, or operations support role.
• Familiarity with technical environments (marine, automotive, or powertrain industries preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for incoming technical inquiries.
• Own and maintain all technical documentation, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate parts logistics and scheduling for onsite dealer support visits.

Skills

Strong organizational and documentation management skills

Ability to translate technical information into clear, structured documentation

Effective cross-functional communication and coordination skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Customer service support experience

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
