The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of marine experience, strong problem solving and technical communication skills, and is open to extended hours when needed. Certifications are preferred and physical work is required in a hands‑on workshop environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in marine systems or related field.
• Expertise in marine electrical systems, problem solving, and technical communication.
• Marine electrical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair marine systems and outboard engines with precision.
• Lead winterization tasks, including shrink wrapping, bottom painting, and system commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all systems meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results.
