KCI Technologies, Inc. is offering a Marine Structures Engineering Intern role for Summer 2027.

The position is a 40‑hour work week, seasonal, based in the Woodcliff Lake area with opportunities to engage in marine design and construction drawing tasks alongside experienced engineers. Responsibilities include assisting with structural analysis, drawings, specifications, and reports, while gaining exposure to design, construction administration, and bid phase services.

Qualifications

• This is an entry level position with no prior experience required.
• Currently enrolled in an ABET‑Accredited College Engineering Program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design drawings for concrete, wood, and steel marine structures.
• Support conventional plans, investigations, surveys, or equipment related to marine engineering.
• Assist with calculations, drawings, and documentation under supervision.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on marine design projects.
• Contribute to design development, material testing, and specifications.
• Complete assignments within established schedules; exposure to design and bid phases is a plus.
