Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex engineering blueprints and drawings to fabricate and install interior and structural vessel components.
• Execute precise layout, cutting, and assembly of wood and sheet metal structures to meet exact project tolerances.
• Install and maintain marine HVAC systems, including custom ductwork and ventilation assemblies.
• Operate a wide range of industrial fabrication machinery (brakes, shears, band saws) to prepare materials for installation.
• Perform minor welding tasks using MIG and Arc processes to secure structural elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve assembly challenges and meet project timelines.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and adhere to shipyard safety standards.
