Fraser Yachts Group is seeking a Service Advisor to support the Service Manager, technicians, and customers in Thunderbolt, GA. You will gather information, schedule work, and ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.

Responsibilities include coordinating with manufacturers and warranty providers, greeting customers, documenting work orders, obtaining customer approvals and signatures, and finalizing invoices while upholding MarineMax safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Assist Service Manager with daily operations, scheduling and distributing work.
• Use flat rate guides and SSOs to estimate time for tasks.
• Note problem details in IDS work orders.
• Coordinate with manufacturer and warranty providers for approvals.
• Greet customers and explain work orders to technicians.
• Handle incoming calls and return messages by close of business.
• Promote additional labor, parts, and accessories.
• Obtain customer signatures and collect payment for work.
• Schedule sublet contractors and follow up.
• Inspect work quality before delivery to customer.
• Coordinate customer pickups during repairs.
• Finalize and invoice work orders.
• Promote MarineMax Safety Program; maintain safe workplace.
• Other duties as assigned.
