Sunoco LP is seeking a Sr. Specialist – Marine Scheduler to lead commercial relationships for barge and vessel movements domestically and internationally. The role manages supply operations across US terminals, forecasting demand, optimizing logistics, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics/business or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant job related experience for Specialist level.
• 5–8 years of relevant job related experience for Senior Specialist level.
• 8+ years of relevant job related experience for Lead Specialist level.
• Vessel/Barge scheduling experience.
• RightAngle and Transport 4 systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management through demand planning and scheduling shipments for assigned terminals.
• Manages and assists with the overall supply chain and logistics strategy.
• Resolves product supply issues from planned or unplanned events.
• Ensures import/export documentation is completed, filed and communicated.
• Provides month-end accruals for marine expenses/liabilities.
• Tracks financial/expense metrics related to marine moves and budgets.
• Primary contact for all vessel-related operations.
• Ensures compliance with vessel/barge marine operations.
• Develops monthly performance and marine budgets.
