Sunoco LP seeks a Sr. Specialist - Marine Scheduler to join the supply and trading operations team, focusing on commercial relationships and objectives related to barge and vessel movements both domestic and international.

You will manage the supply operations of a network of US terminals by forecasting demand, optimizing logistics costs, and ensuring compliance. Collaborating with Trading, Sales, other Schedulers, and external counterparties, the goal is to deliver well-developed,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience negotiating with external partners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on call 24/7 during international operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with vessel/barge scheduling and marine logistics.

Responsabilités

• Inventory and demand planning for terminal shipping and scheduling shipments.
• Coordinate with trading and sales to ensure adequate product movement.
• Resolve supply issues arising from planned or unplanned events.
• Ensure import/export documentation is completed and compliant.
• Provide monthly marine expense accruals and financial reporting.
• Negotiate with external counterparties to meet supply objectives.
