OneWater Marine Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide customers through the sales process using our defined tools and processes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with a passion for delivering an exceptional buying experience and achieving strong sales margins.

You will greet customers, present marine products, manage quotes and pricing, and work to close sales while supporting post-sale satisfaction and repeat business. Prior marine sales experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Prior experience in marine sales is a plus.
• Solid understanding of marine products, accessories, and boating trends is preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, phone inquiries and online leads using CRM; build relationships by understanding needs.
• Present products to customers and prospects, reviewing features and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish including presentations, quotes, trade evaluations and pricing to meet margins and customer satisfaction.
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and annual goals.
• Maintain knowledge of in-store products including boat models, brands, features and accessories; stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting repeat business.
