Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, install, and resolve issues with Garmin Marine/RV products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in personal computers and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training on Garmin marine/RV products.
• Resolve product support inquiries and manage product issue cases.
• Develop and own marine/RV support training related to installation and operation.
• Travel to customers' facilities for on-site support of installations.
