Job summary

Garmin Ltd. seeks a full-time Marine/RV Field Service Engineer 2 in the Fort Pierce area to provide technical support and customer training on Garmin marine/RV products.

You will engage with OEMs, dealers and installation partners, and travel to customer sites for on-site installations and problem resolution. The role requires strong troubleshooting, installation, and communication skills, with mentoring of junior engineers and regular reporting on field issues and quality trends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent military/trade school, or NMEA certification and 4+ years in a similar role.
• Experience traveling to customer/OEM/manufacturing sites.
• Strong troubleshooting, installation and issue resolution for Marine/RV products.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and on-site training for Garmin Marine/RV products.
• Travel to customer facilities to support installations and troubleshoot.
• Mentor and train new Field Service Engineers.
• Create regular reports and communicate product quality trends to teams.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to relay issues and resolutions.
