Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to travel to OEM and customer sites.
• High level of interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training on Garmin products.
• Resolve marine/RV product support inquiries.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on product support.
