Job summary

Garmin Ltd. is seeking a full-time Marine/RV Field Service Engineer 2 to provide technical support for Garmin's marine and RV products. In this role, you will be responsible for training and troubleshooting, ensuring the proper installation and operation of products at customer sites.

The ideal candidate should have an Associate’s Degree, 4 years of relevant experience in installation, and strong customer service skills. This position includes travel to customer locations and the opportunity to work closely with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a similar role with installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training on Garmin marine/RV products.
