Job summary

Gator Dredging is seeking a Quality Control Manager with at least five years of experience in dredging and marine construction QC. The role involves managing QC plans for USACE and coastal projects, producing technical documents, and coordinating with operations and surveying teams.

Strong Cad tools and QA/QC knowledge are required. Starting salary is based on experience and certifications; relocation or travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum in QC or QC-related role, preferably on USACE projects.
• Experience with marine construction quality control and coastal engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of QA/QC plans, RMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for federal and coastal projects.
• Prepare QCP and related technical documents for clients and projects.
• Document input and control of RMS for USACE projects.
• Collaborate with operations engineering and survey teams to analyze data.
• Provide technical recommendations to on-site staff and management.
