• Experience with FARs for small purchases/contracts in ship repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical publications.
• Expertise in FLS and CWD processing and related CG databases.
• Understanding of Coast Guard organization and vessels.

Aufgaben

• Provide fleet-wide sustainment support for Long Range Enforcer assets, including maintenance, engineering and logistics.
• Lead ship maintenance project planning: review requirements, prepare estimates, and draft statements of work.
• Procure spare parts and services for planned ship repairs and casualty response.
• Review condition reports and maintenance standards; recommend improvements.
• Provide engineering guidance to product line members.
• Maintain and close out maintenance records and update milestones.
• Initiate and track ship repairs and cost drivers; use FLS or other data sources.
• Deliver responsive customer service to Coast Guard members.
• Create deliverables using Coast Guard workstations and contractor software.
• Attend COR meetings and report for review and routing.
• Perform related duties to accomplish the task order.
