• Provide technical, diagnostic, repair, and parts support to Mercury Marine dealers and boat builders.
• Assist dealer technicians with root cause failure diagnostics.
• Evaluate product failures for warranty and customer relations adjustments.
• Respond to MercNET inquiries by phone and email.
• Maintain detailed records of internal and external communication.
• Support Mercury Field Service personnel and training.
• Participate in offsite repairs with field service or engineering.
• Pursue Mercury Certification and handle special projects.
