The Dock Experts is seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to support our marine construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll work closely with the Permit Manager to coordinate permits, inspections, and approvals while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating permits, inspections, and approvals.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permit applications, approvals, and inspections.
• Communicate with municipalities, contractors, engineers, and project managers.
• Track permit status and resolve delays to keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate permit records and documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on permitting timelines.
