Job summary

EC Ruff Marine Inc. in Florida is seeking a full-time Parts and Inventory Specialist to join our growing marine services team. You will identify, source, and order parts for technicians, manage inventory, and coordinate with service staff to ensure timely availability of parts.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with QuickBooks, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marine or service industry is beneficial.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Must be proficient with QuickBooks (inventory and invoicing).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, locate, source, and order parts for technicians.
• Negotiate with vendors on stocking, pricing, and discount programs.
• Handle over-the-counter sales with walk-in and phone customers.
• Create purchase orders and match them with packing slips and invoices.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator on parts status and arrivals.
• Organize, maintain, and control on-site inventory.
• Update Inventory and scan incoming stock.
• Update pricing in QuickBooks.
• Stock company vans with inventory.
• Track return authorizations (RA).
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and organization skills.
