Job summary

MarineMax Brand in Islamorada, FL is seeking a Parts Consultant to support the Parts Manager by providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth department operations. You will stock, handle inventory control, process orders, interface with technicians and vendors, and maintain up-to-date catalogs and price tags to keep service flowing efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Strong inventory control and cycle counting abilities.
• Ability to read schedules, orders and requisitions to move or distribute items.

Responsibilities

• Serve internal or external customers professionally.
• Perform stocking, issuing, receiving and inventory control functions including cycle counts.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves or bins.
• Enter parts inventory information via IDS.
• Place price tags on merchandise.
• Process orders with vendors/manufacturers as directed by Parts Manager.
• Read production/shipping orders to determine items to move.
• Maintain relationships with factories and vendors for product quality control.
• Inform technicians and customers about arrival of parts.
• Ensure invoices match work orders and up-to-date catalogs.
