• Initiate and update project shipping plans and vessel operations.

• Close collaboration with sourcing in RFQ preparation and supplier selection.

Responsibilities

1. Initiate and update project shipping plans and vessel operations as part of the overall Project Logistics planning.
2. Collaborate closely with Sourcing during RFQ preparation, supplier selection, and performance review.
3. Participate in the Hand Over from Tender Phase to Operations.
4. Manage project logistics budget, including cost control and forecasting from PickUp to Port Arrival.
5. Maintain continuous contact with Project Managers and regional Logistics Managers to coordinate deliveries.
6. Share risks and opportunities management between Sourcing and Operations when applicable across projects.
7. Ensure transport readiness, including cargo and tooling availability.

Your Profile

• University degree (Logistics or maritime cargo is a plus).
• Significant experience in international trade, vessel operation, customs management, ERP, cost control, planning, and logistics management.
• Extensive knowledge of material logistics and export merchandise traffic.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as German are valued.
• At least 3 years in a logistics management position, preferably involving maritime international shipments.
