Job summary

Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corporation, is seeking an NVH Engineering Intern in Fond du Lac, WI. The role provides hands-on experience in noise, vibration, and structural testing with data acquisition, signal analysis, and problem solving alongside seasoned engineers.

Responsibilities include lab and on‑water testing, instrument setup, data processing, and technical reporting. Full-time summer schedule supports practical engineering development within an active marine propulsion

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Enrolled in a four-year engineering curriculum with a formal co-op or internship.
• Available to work full-time during May–August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support NVH & Structures test activities including lab and on‑water testing.
• Assist with setup, calibration, operation and troubleshooting of NVH instrumentation.
• Collect and analyze acoustic, vibration, and structural data to inform decisions.
• Apply digital signal processing to evaluate test results and report findings.
• Document procedures, configurations, observations, and results clearly.
