Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Marine Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair boats, and to troubleshoot complex vessel systems including electrical, electronics, and engine components. You will assess jobs upfront, estimate time, and manage parts and tickets to ensure quality service for our marine clients.

The role requires outboard experience and a valid driver's license, with pay based on experience. This on-site position offers hands-on work across a range of marine vessels.

Qualifications

• Outboard experience is expected.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair boats of all kinds.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair, replace, remove and install vessel systems and components.
• Conduct thorough assessment prior to starting a job including acknowledging the budgeted time.
• Overall knowledge of marine systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install vessel systems and components including but not limited to: electrical, electronics, gas and diesel engines, Inboard, Outboard, I/O.
• Assign parts and purchases to the appropriate vessels/tickets.
• Pay based on experience.
