Qualifications

• Repair fiberglass and aluminum hulls to USCG specs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Knowledge of 12V electrical systems for diagnostics.
• Hydraulic, plumbing and electronics knowledge.
• Towing experience required for bottom repairs and hurricane prep.
• Good communication with captains, Coast Guard inspectors and site managers.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on marine equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure USCG inspection readiness.
• Create and manage work orders; ensure correct billing.
• Participate in daily team meetings by phone or Teams.
• Adhere to environmental guidelines and local program standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
