Job summary

WTW's Marine Hull Liability Broker role supports day-to-day servicing for the Shipowners' Broking team, handling client communications, policy issuances, submissions, and compliance tasks while maintaining relationships with clients and markets.

The position emphasizes collaboration, research and efficient use of WTW systems (ECLIPSE), with a hybrid work arrangement and a base salary in the six-figure USD range.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Marine Hull and Liability experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and time management ability.
• Ability to work autonomously or in a team under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Understanding of placement workflows and research capabilities.
• Property & Casualty license required within 90 days of employment.
• Demonstrates Willis Towers Watson Values & Vision; AI competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing of accounts with brokers.
• Issue policies and endorsements; assist with submissions.
• Prepare quote comparison spreadsheets and compliance docs.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs and organize meetings.
• Support invoicing, account lists, and policy expirations.
• Learn and use WTW systems (ECLIPSE) to add/renew policy records.
