Orion Marine Group seeks an experienced HS&E Supervisor / Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) based in Honolulu to support marine construction and heavy civil projects in Hawaii and potentially the South Pacific. You will lead field safety, oversee regulatory compliance, and manage project-specific safety programs on-site.

Requirements include at least five years of progressive construction safety experience, SSHO qualifications on federal projects preferred, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible construction safety experience.
• Experience as SSHO on federal projects preferred.
• Strong field leadership and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide field SSHO leadership for marine and heavy civil projects.
• Develop and enforce project-specific Safety Plans and AHAs.
• Ensure OSHA/USACE HIOSH compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and safety personnel.
