Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field required.
• Ten years of project/construction management experience on marine facilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• TWIC card required or apply within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cap​ital projects and multi‑year programs funded by various sources.
• Provide oversight, direction, and coordination of ARRC personnel and contractors.
• Develop and manage project plans, goals, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with departments and grant administration; review invoices for payment.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and regulatory requirements.
