GFT is seeking a Project Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to lead structural engineering efforts across Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region. You will guide multi-disciplinary projects, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with client goals, codes, and project constraints.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and strong technical leadership. A PE license is preferred, and experience with EVA and scheduling is valued.

The ideal candidate will serve as a staff specialist, providing technical guidance on complex or unique engineering assignments. This role requires the ability to apply a broad knowledge of engineering design principles and practices, and to make independent decisions on significant technical issues and methodologies.
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $150,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
