Ideal candidates will have experience in boat engine repair or marine diesel tech, strong communication with vessel owners, and the ability to document service actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience servicing diesel engines and performing generator repair.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electronic marine control systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
