Qualifications

Boats are rigged to factory specs and work orders.
Operate hand tools, drill, hole saws, and screw guns.
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
Attention to detail and hands-on attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Cut and drill holes in fiberglass components for installation.
Install dash components, gauges, switches, and trim panels.
Mount and connect audio systems / GPS – Fish Finder.
Program GPS head units for navigation.
Assemble and rig engine controls and steering systems.
Buff and polish fiberglass components to a high-quality finish.
Install furniture components to enhance luxury features.
Ensure all installations meet quality standards.
Collaborate with production to maintain workflow.
