The position offers full-time hours, a competitive starting pay of $35.00 per hour, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k). Passports and willingness to travel are requested.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years (preferably 5 years) in marine diesel engine repair with familiarity of brands like CAT, MAN, John Deere, and Volvo preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
• Travel flexibility with some out-of-town or international trips; valid passport is required.

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance in the field on main engines, generators, and electrical systems.
• Provide outstanding service while interacting with customers and their representatives to ensure engines operate at peak performance.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other technicians to communicate job progress clearly and timely.
