Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation seeks a contractor to provide lessons learned analyses and liaison support at designated Marine Corps commands as part of the MCLLP. Responsibilities include developing collection campaigns, conducting interviews, preparing briefings, and maintaining MCCLL SharePoint/JLLIS materials.

Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations is anticipated; candidate must possess an active Secret clearance and the ability to work with senior Marine Corps officers and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Senior Enlisted PME course desired.
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of the Marine Corps and MAGTF operations.
• Desired experience as described for designated commands (MEF or higher staff).
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
• U.S. citizenship and a valid security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lessons Learned Program Support at designated MC commands.
• Develop and implement MCCLL annual collections campaign plan.
• Prepare and submit topics, interviews, and debriefs with required parameters.
• Submit and maintain lessons learned materials in MCCLL SharePoint/JLLIS.
• Attend planning meetings and assist in post-event reviews.
