Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion.
• Manage and supervise field crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and equipment.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Conduct daily reports, job logs, and progress tracking.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and office staff.
• Identify and resolve issues in the field quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.
