Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in construction.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion.
Manage and supervise field crews and subcontractors.
Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and equipment.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
Conduct daily reports, job logs, and progress tracking.
Communicate regularly with project managers and office staff.
Identify and resolve issues in the field quickly and efficiently.
Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.
