Kokosing Marine Division in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a Project Manager to oversee heavy marine and civil construction. The role involves leading projects from preconstruction through final approval, with significant time on vessels and extensive travel (5–7 months per year).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred or equivalent.
• 3+ years PM experience in marine construction or heavy civil projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling and CPM tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marine construction projects.
• Ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery and cost control.
• Develop project plans and schedules (CPM).
• Coordinate vessels, crews, and equipment.
• Interface with client and subcontractors.
