Job summary

Kokosing Industrial’s Marine division in the Mid-Atlantic seeks a Project Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead marine construction projects from preconstruction to completion. The role requires coordinating crews, vessel logistics, estimating input, and close collaboration with clients to meet schedule and budget in a travel-heavy environment.

The ideal candidate has a engineering or construction management background, 3+ years of PM experience, proficiency with CPM scheduling and project controls,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent technical training.
• 3+ years of PM experience in marine or heavy civil construction.
• Strong scheduling skills with CPM techniques.
• Experience with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Hypack or similar software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of OSHA 3040-Hour EM 385-1-1 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of marine construction projects.
• Develop and maintain CPM-based project schedules.
• Forecast budgets and track expenditures.
• Coordinate crew, vessel logistics, and subcontractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Provide technical input to estimating for proposals.
